VOICE LESSONS
My voice students benefit from a number of factors:
My goal for every voice student I have is to help them work towards finding their natural voice that is unique to them!
I prioritize vocal health over everything else. I understand what good vocal technique looks and sounds like, and my students will never be taught technique that would cause them strain, push, or otherwise jeopardize their voice in any way.
Beginning singers sometimes feel frustrated when their voices just can't do the things that they want them to do. Sometimes, that's a matter of what a singer's limits are. Most of the time, however, it's because of a lack of vocal control. I strive to teach each of my students how to take control of their voice and dismantle obstacles that keep their voice from being all that it can be!
Important Notes
Students will be responsible for covering the cost of whatever method books and/or sheet music that I require them to have. Most of the time, the cost of these materials is very minimal.
Students will be required to bring a binder with notebook paper with them to every lesson, as well as keep up with practice logs.
